Spaceboull is the online store of M&G FAMILY ANGEL SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA. This page explains who runs the site, how an order actually works and where to find our company details.

What Spaceboull is

Spaceboull is an online store for everyday household products: small kitchen and laundry appliances, cleaning and home-comfort items, lighting and simple energy-metering devices. It is operated by M&G FAMILY ANGEL SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA, a cooperative company registered in Italy, whose full details are set out at the bottom of this page and in the footer of every page of this site.

We are a small operation. We do not run our own factories: we buy from a short list of suppliers, we check what we sell and we hand the parcels to national couriers. Everything that happens after that — the confirmation call, the delivery, a question, a return — is handled by us.

How we sell

Most of our sales start with a request form rather than a checkout. You leave your name, a telephone number and an address; an adviser calls you back to confirm what is available in your country, what the total is and when it can arrive. Only then is the parcel dispatched. We do that for two reasons: delivery costs and availability genuinely differ from country to country, and because it means nobody is asked to pay for something before a person has confirmed it exists.

There are three consequences of that approach, and they are worth stating plainly:

• You are never asked for card or bank details on this website.
• Sending a request is not an order. Nothing is owed until you confirm it on the telephone.
• Where payment on delivery is offered, you pay the courier when the parcel is handed over, and the amount is the one agreed on the call.

What we do not do

We do not publish invented discounts, countdown timers or stock counters. We do not describe our products as medical devices or claim that they treat, prevent or cure anything. We do not promise delivery times we cannot hold, and where we do not have a piece of information — a technical specification a manufacturer has not given us, for instance — we say so rather than fill the gap with a plausible number.

Company details

The VAT number above is registered in Italy and can be verified on the European Commission’s VIES service, which will return the registered company name. Spaceboull is a trading name used by that company for this website; the contracting party for every order is the company itself.
