Last updated: 23 September 2026 · This page applies to spaceboull.com, operated by M&G FAMILY ANGEL SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA.
The terms on which M&G FAMILY ANGEL SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA sells through spaceboull.com: who the seller is, how an order is formed, what you pay, how delivery works, and the rights you keep as a consumer.
Spaceboull is a trading name of the company below, which owns this website and is the seller in every order placed through it. There is no other party: the contract is between you and this company.
These terms apply to the use of spaceboull.com and to every order placed through it. They are written for consumers — people buying outside a trade or profession. Nothing here takes away the rights that the consumer law of your own country gives you; where a clause conflicts with those rights, the law wins and the rest of these terms still stands.
We sell everyday household products. The description, the photographs and the specifications on a product page are given in good faith and describe the item we intend to send you. Photographs are illustrative: colour on a screen and the exact shade of a plastic housing can differ slightly.
Where a technical figure has not been given to us by the manufacturer, we leave it out rather than estimate it. If a figure matters to your decision — a measurement, a capacity, a voltage — ask us at info@spaceboull.com before ordering and we will tell you what we know and what we do not.
Our products are ordinary consumer goods. They are not medical devices, and we make no claim that any of them diagnoses, treats, prevents or cures any condition.
Ordering happens in three steps, and it is the third that binds you:
If we cannot reach you by telephone we will try again; if we still cannot, the request lapses and nothing is sent. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the address is outside the countries we serve, or if the request is plainly not genuine. If we decline, we tell you and you owe nothing.
Prices are stated in the currency shown on the product page and include VAT where VAT applies. Any delivery cost is stated separately and is told to you on the confirmation call, before the parcel leaves. The amount you pay is the amount agreed on that call — nothing is added at the door.
Where payment on delivery is offered, you pay the courier when the parcel is handed over. We never ask for card or bank details on this website or by email. If a message claiming to be from us asks for them, it is not from us.
We dispatch to the address you give us, through national couriers. Preparation and transit times, delivery areas, what happens with an incorrect address and what to do if a parcel is damaged are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is handed over to you or to someone you have asked to receive it.
As a consumer buying at a distance you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You may unpack the item and check it as you would in a shop; you are only responsible for a loss in its value if you have handled it more than that.
How to withdraw, which items are excluded by law, who pays the return carriage and when the money goes back is set out in the Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms.
Separately from withdrawal, you have a legal guarantee of conformity: if the goods are faulty, incomplete or not as described, you may ask for them to be repaired or replaced, or for a reduction or a refund, under the conditions the law sets. In Italy that guarantee runs for two years from delivery; if the law of your own country gives you longer, that longer period applies to you.
Write to info@spaceboull.com with the order details and, if the fault is visible, a photograph. This guarantee is free of charge and does not depend on a receipt being posted back with the item.
We are responsible for delivering goods that match the description and for the obligations these terms place on us. We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product in a way its instructions exclude, by continuing to use an item after a fault appears, or by a repair made by someone else.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited.
The text, images and layout of this site belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use. You agree not to use the forms to send false data or to attempt to disrupt the service.
Write to info@spaceboull.com. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, and we try to settle complaints directly. If that fails you may turn to a consumer alternative dispute resolution body, or to the consumer authority of the country where you live; you can also bring the matter before a court.
These terms are governed by Italian law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you habitually live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you confirm the order on the telephone.
