We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, because we are not required to. Every request about your data goes to the address above and is handled by the company itself.

2. What we collect, and when

We call you to confirm What was agreed on the call: the item, the quantity, the total amount, the delivery date, and any correction to the address.

You write to us Your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.
You simply browse the site The technical data our hosting provider records for security and to serve the page: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system.

We do not ask for and do not want card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, health data or any other special category of data. If you send such information to us anyway, we delete it.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not profile you.

4. Who else sees it

Your data is shared only with the parties that are needed to get the parcel to you and to keep our records straight. They act on our instructions, under a data-processing agreement:

  • The courier that carries the parcel: it receives the name, address and telephone number, because it cannot deliver without them.
  • The order-handling system in which the request from the form is recorded, and the advisers who make the confirmation call.
  • Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.
  • Our accountants, and the tax authorities, for the documents the law requires us to keep.

We do not sell personal data, we do not rent mailing lists and we do not pass your details to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Where it is kept

Our hosting and our order-handling system are located within the European Union. If a recipient ever had to be outside the European Economic Area, the transfer would take place only under the safeguards the GDPR allows — an adequacy decision, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses — and you can ask us for a copy of the safeguard in use.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR you may ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy of it;
  • correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
  • erase it, where we no longer have a reason to keep it;
  • restrict what we do with it while a point is being settled;
  • hand it over in a portable format, or send it to someone else;
  • object to processing we base on our legitimate interest;
  • withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting what was lawful before.

Write to info@spaceboull.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. We answer within one month. There is no charge, and you do not need an account or a form.

8. If you are not satisfied

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, Italy), or with the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work.

9. Changes to this page

If we change what we collect or why, we update this page and change the date at the top. The version published here is always the one in force.
