Where we ship, how long each step takes, how the delivery cost is worked out and communicated, and what happens when an address is wrong or a parcel arrives damaged.
We deliver within the European countries served by the couriers we work with. Availability is not the same everywhere: a product offered in one country is not automatically offered in another, which is why the country is confirmed on the telephone before anything is dispatched. If we cannot deliver to your address, we tell you on the call and no order is made.
We do not deliver to post office boxes. Islands, mountain areas and other locations the couriers classify as remote can take longer, and are sometimes not served at all.
| Step | How long it normally takes |
|---|---|
| Confirmation call after your request | Usually the same working day, at the latest the next one |
| Preparation and hand-over to the courier | Within 24 working hours of your confirmation |
| Transport | Normally 2 to 5 working days, depending on the country and the destination |
These are the times we normally see, not a guarantee. Public holidays, weather, strikes and peak periods lengthen them, and the courier’s own network is outside our control. If a parcel is clearly late, write to info@spaceboull.com and we will chase it for you.
Delivery is not always free, and we do not pretend otherwise. The cost depends on the country, the size and the weight of the parcel. It is calculated before dispatch and told to you on the confirmation call, together with the total amount payable. You decide at that point whether to go ahead. No cost that was not stated on that call is ever added at the door.
When the parcel leaves we can give you the courier’s tracking number: ask for it on the call, or write to info@spaceboull.com afterwards. Tracking usually starts showing movement within a working day of the hand-over, so an entry that has not changed for a few hours does not mean anything has gone wrong.
The address is read back to you on the confirmation call — that is the moment to correct a street number, a flat number or a postcode. Once the parcel is with the courier we can sometimes still change the address, but not always, and the courier may charge for a second attempt.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, or because nobody could be found at it, we will contact you to arrange a second dispatch. Where the return was caused by an address that was given incorrectly, the cost of the second carriage may be charged to you; we will always tell you the amount before sending it again.
Couriers normally attempt delivery twice and leave a card, or send a message, with the way to rearrange. Some also allow collection from a pick-up point. If neither attempt succeeds the parcel comes back to us and we treat it as the previous paragraph describes.
Look at the outside of the box before you accept it. If it is visibly crushed, torn or soaked, you may refuse it, or accept it noting the damage on the courier’s document — that note is what makes a claim straightforward.
If you notice the damage only after opening, write to info@spaceboull.com within a few days, with photographs of the item and of the packaging. We will replace the item or refund it. You do not pay the carriage for a replacement sent because of transport damage or because we sent the wrong item.
If the parcel does not contain what was agreed on the call, tell us at info@spaceboull.com, with a photograph of what did arrive. We put it right at our expense. Your legal guarantee of conformity, described in the Terms and Conditions, applies in full and is not affected by anything on this page.
Sending a parcel back, within the 14-day withdrawal period or because something is faulty, is covered by the Refund Policy.
